Upon leaving work in Raleigh yesterday afternoon, I had not anticipated having an issue with my eye which would require urgent treatment by a physician before the night was over. Thank you, thank you. I came to CHUC for what I thought was a simple infection. I planned to get antibiotics and be on my way. Your careful examination and time spent with my case allowed you to diagnose me with something much bigger that required much more than I expected. From the service I received in-clinic, to the speedy referral process, to the follow-up care I later received, your staff was so efficient and caring, with me every step of the way. I am truly grateful.

To Whom It May Concern,
Thank you so much for the excellent service I received the other night. I run a restaurant so I know how frustrating it can be to have customers walk in right before closing. When facing a medical emergency, however, no one wants to go wait hours in the ER. We arrived to your clinic just 20 minutes before you close and your staff was so gracious. From check-in, to provider, to nurses, to checkout, everyone was incredibly kind and friendly and we never once felt rushed or that we were an inconvenience to be leaving significantly after closing time. It was truly an above-par experience and I was very pleased. We are extremely grateful.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your clinic. No one wants to be working over a holiday weekend, but you were there when I needed you and your staff was so friendly. I know there are things out there much more emergent than a sinus infection, but you treated me as though my case was just as important as any other and got me the treatment needed for what was making me miserable. Greetings: I recently was seen at CHUC for a MVA which resulted in a simple sprained wrist. First and foremost THANK YOU for the awesome (and quick) care that I received. The staff has been utmost in professional and caring, from the front desk attendant who checked me in to the X-ray technician and doctor. This was my first automobile accident and I have to say that thankfully it was relatively stress-free experience (except for the crash itself).
I want to take a minute to thank the entire staff at CHUC for a job well done. In hard economic times it's difficult to thank others for a special work that they do each and everyday, so let me compliment you on your outstanding customer service. Sincerely,

Good Afternoon,
I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful experience I had at your facility. Last Sunday I had an accident that resulted in a significant laceration on my face above my eye. Your staff was so amazing, from their quick and welcoming response upon my entrance to the facility, to the extremely caring and compassionate doctor who treated me and proficiently closed the wound with stitches, to the phone follow-up to ensure that I was doing ok, and finally, to the stitch removal. The resulting scar is minimal (which is important as it is on my face) as a result of the doctors expertise, and the overall experience made what could have been a very traumatic even in my life easy and comfortable. Thank you for all you do and please keep up the good work. There are too few places that take care of people the way you guys do.

I cannot tell you how impressed with your facility I am. Having come in as an emergency two weeks ago I have cut above my eye stitched up, I thought everything went so well. Your nurse called to see if everything was going well and I was so surprised. I don't think in all the years I have gone to a doctor, have they called to see how things were going after being in the office and having a procedure done. Then when I came back and had the stitches removed, you nurse called again to see if everything was going well. I have been telling people about this and tell them your facility is very neat and clean and that they will be well taken care of. I wish you and your family all the best. Sincerely.
